Entry requirements

Bachelor (Honours) degree at 2.2 or above. We look for applicants to have a background in any discipline in order to be eligible for the programme. We may also consider lesser qualifications if you have sufficient professional work experience within the industry. If English is not your first language you should have an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no component below 5.5 (or an equivalent qualification).

The Independent Student Advice Service is one element to help with any problems that students encounter and is not part of the university so is independent. It offers help ranging from academic advice to health and well being matter, financial guidance and even disciplinary issues. NSA also organises a number of events known as Freshers Week where new students can be acquainted with the university and the city. There are also a host of clubs and societies to get involved with at the university. These range from sports clubs such as football and rugby to activities such as go-karting and snooker as well as interest and culture groups. Students also have the chance to start their own if they find a gap for their interest.
