Entry requirements
Experienced managers will have more to offer on their CV's. Recent graduates will have a relevant degree and indicate an aptitude for management. The requirements include at least: A minimum 2:1 from a UK University or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. A lower 2.2 or equivalent may be accepted if there is evidence of further study or relevant experience English Requirements: For applicants whose first language is not English, the following qualification is also required: - IELTS: 7.0 overall with a minimum of 6.5 in each category. - TOEFL 100 overall with 24 in Writing, 20 in Listening, 19 Reading and 20 Speaking

About this university
International students
Students travel from over 160 countries to study at the university, giving it a lively cosmopolitan student body. Students can download an International Student Guide to help them start on their journey to City University as well as finding out country specific information on the website. There is also the International Student Advice Team available for help and guidance. This ranges from issues such as immigration and visas to financial guidance and accommodation help. They are based within the Northampton Square campus, are available by email, and phone as well. The City University Students Union is at the heart of outside the classroom activities. It operates four media outlets run by students including a radio station and website. A newspaper, The Square, is run by BA Journalism students and has received international media coverage on some of its articles. There are also a wide range of societies and organisations to get involved with ranging from cultural and religious groups to interests and hobbies. Sports clubs and activities are operated by the City University London Sports Association (CULSA). They are based in Sebastian Street, just off Northampton Square and organise the running of the clubs as well as organising events and working to improve sports within the university.
