However, UCB will co-ordinate and fund the completion of your DBS check prior to enrolment. What skills will I gain? You will gain a broad understanding of the principle features of education for teaching primary aged children, with the professional skills and theory to critically evaluate the principles of teaching.Your training will concentrate on themes addressing key government priorities - behaviour management, SEND and children who use English as an Additional Language (EAL).By working with our partnership schools, you will gain significant hands-on experience and improve your career prospects. What about the future?Successful completion of this course will lead to the award of a PGCE with QTS. As an NQT, you will be able to work in both mainstream schools or in a school for children with special needs.
